I just came across the information you had posted on this board and was pleasantly surprised to see a name with which I am familiar. My mother had an uncle Benjamin R. Hooper born on the same date in the same county as shown in your posting. If, in fact, it is the same person, his middle name should be Rinker, which was his mother's maiden name, and his wife was named Ethel.
I am just beginning to get into my genealogy, and if we are talking about the same person, I would appreciate any information you may have about him, his parents, and his family. I would likewise be willing to share with you what information that I have or may obtain in that regard.
